– After The Buyer pays partly or totally, The Seller starts to prepare goods. The goods are shipped after some days of full payment (via DHL, UPS, EMS…). The Seller is absolutely not responsible for any loss and damage of the goods during transportation. However, The Seller tries to support The Buyer in these cases. Please take a video when you unbox the packages. 

– Return policy: The Seller accepts for return in case the goods are defective from The Seller. The Seller solves the problems only when The Buyer supplies enough evidence (photos and videos). The Buyer can return the goods within 10 days since The Buyer received the goods. The Seller only accepts to return if the goods still keep their original characteristics and are not used (cut, use chemical…) in any situations”.

– Refund policy: The Buyer has to provide enough evidence (pictures and videos) of the goods and shipment bill, tracking number. The Seller only refunds money when The Seller receives the goods in the original condition. The refund amount will not include shipping cost and transfer fee.
